BEAUTIFUL KIDS, BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS

A little earlier this afternoon, son John sent over this photo of my grandchildren. They're sitting in the cockpit of an AirbusA319. They are SO adorable. And it's no surprise that Ann is sitting in the captain's seat! We'll be seeing them this weekend, so get ready. More photos will follow.

A SPECIAL KISS

I "borrowed" this picture from Coral at A Stitcher's Life. I kept going back and back to look at it. All of you may remember the picture from several weeks ago of the firefighter rescuing the little koala from the Australia fires, giving her a drink from a bottle of water. This is a recent photo of the two meeting again. Koalas are supposed to be naughty little creatures-a bit ill-tempered. Not this cutie now named Sam.

One of my 1,000 things to do before I die is to pet a koala. They are SO cute.

And this firefighter must be some special gentleman. But I don't want to pet him!!!

Now for something important. I don't know how many of you out there in cyberspace are aware of what Donna is doing, so here it is. She is collecting cross stitching ornaments which will be placed on a tree and auctioned in time for Christmas. She has chosen the patterns and colors so that the ornies will match.
